That said, we understand that almost for as long as people have been playing golf, they've been willing to put a little something on the outcome of their matches - even if it's only bragging rights. And many of the games listed below don't require anything more on the line than bragging rights to make the competition even more fun.

The 2005 gross represents an increase of $3.3 billion-or 16 percent over the previous year-and contrasts with the $5 billion-plus Indian casinos were generating just ten years ago.
