Court hears tribe plea on S.C. video gambling

If the Catawba Indian Nation were allowed to offer video gambling on its York County reservation, the door would open for "unrestricted, uncontrolled and unregulated" video poker in South Carolina, an assistant state attorney general said Wednesday in oral arguments before the S.C. Supreme Court.
