Selling Antique Gambling Devices In Montana

When Montana State police raided an Antiques store last January, it sparked an international controversy that grabbed headlines around the world. In an effort to maintain some level of decency in the public eye, lawmakers in Montana are pushing through a new bill that will allow individuals and businesses to sell antique gambling equipment without a license. The new law covers everything from antique slot machines to craps tables, and all antique gambling devices in between.
