Kenilworth Systems Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: KENS) - On May 11, 2005, Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels signed into law House Enrolled Act 1120, which, in addition to providing funding for a new stadium for the Indianapolis Colts, also requires the Indiana Gaming Commission to study alternative forms of games or trends in casino gaming that could create additional income for Indiana without expanding casino gaming within the state. This provision, a first for any state, was included as a result of the lobbying efforts of Kenilworth Systems Corporation ("Kenilworth").
