Certegy to Provide Cash Access Services to Pala Casino Resort & Spa

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., April 20, 2005 -- Certegy Inc. (CEY), a leading global payment services provider, announced today a multi-year agreement to provide a comprehensive range of cash access services to Pala Casino Resort & Spa in San Diego, California.

Pala, which is owned by the Pala Band of Mission Indians, is a 650,000 square-foot casino, resort, entertainment and dining complex offering 2,250 slot machines, 85 table games, and a high-limit gaming and lounge area. It is one of California's top tribal casinos and resorts.

Certegy will provide a comprehensive suite of cash access services including credit card cash advance, ATM processing, point-of-sale debit and check cashing services using its new, fully integrated Internet-based processing system.
